Booking Policies: Client must give at LEAST a MINIMUM of 24 hours notice when cancelling, shortening or rescheduling an appointment. Failure to do so will result in being charged 100% of the original service booked. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. Same day sick cancelations will be charged 50% of the booked service. If a client is more than 10 minutes late - I reserve the right to shorten or cancel the appointment. If appointment is shortened, you are still responsible for the cost of the original appointment booked. My schedule is booked very tightly. One person running late can run my entire day behind causing unnecessary stress for myself and my next client. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
